Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn has been an actress for over 20 years. Her most well-known role was Skyler in AMC's Breaking Bad drama, and won Primetime Emmy Award Outstanding Supporting Female Actress in Drama Series 2013 and 2014. She also played Martha Bullock in Deadwood and Jean Ward on The Practice. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell attracted to acting during Preparatory before her Family moved to Ohio. She went to Northwestern University to study theatre and also spent time at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her journey in Chicago and worked in theater parts for a number of years. After that, she relocated to Hollywood and began acting in films and TV shows. Anna was the first to get a major role as Arden when Down the Shore aired 29 episodes in 1992. In addition, she was on Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. Then it wasn't until the late 1990s when she was cast in the role of The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood in two full seasons. Skyler was her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully was one of her characters. Gunn also starred in David Schwimmer directed the film Sex With Strangers. She was also a part of the four-part podcast audio drama Numbered days, which was released in 2022. Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's relationship with Skyler. Walter White's life story and the strain on the relationship he has with Skyler is mirrored in the series.
